Your Travel & Cruise have provided the ideal platform to enter the travel industry as I did not have the traditional ’travel agent’ background.

I joined Cruiseholidays in 2013 after some research, and then had a face to face chat with Les Farrar before I made my decision.

I found Les to be honest and upfront with the way he runs the business, and I felt comfortable in the fact that there was back up support from his team.

Support has always been good and has improved in my time with the franchise.  Franchisees are left to run their own business, a which appeals to me,  and I still have the support of the team at HQ.

Jennifer has been a ‘rock’. She has helped me out on many occasions with technical and booking issues and she is always friendly and supportive.

The process has been great for me, everything has been clear and concise. From the initial enquiry, the online training, initial start up to where I am now has all been a smooth process. The online training platform with TTA is great, the modules are certainly adequate for what is involved. 

The support from yourself and HQ has been great, Jen does a great job answering all of my near daily questions too.

I do feel confident in making my first booking, I actually put together my first quote for an old school friend the other day so that was a little exciting.
