Induction Program

Upon joining you will receive a series of training modules covering a wide range of subjects and designed to be worked through at your own pace. Once completed you will have an understanding of all our systems and be ready to start selling. You will learn about our preferred suppliers, policies and procedures plus more exciting things like marketing and groups ideas.

Online Training Modules

A range of video tutorials are available to access directly from our mid office tool Agentmate. These cover training on Agentmate itself, editing your website, social media tips, website editing, supplier presentations and a business builder program.

Access to industry training

Through our headquarters credentials you will have access to industry training such as the cruise lines' online academies, CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) accreditation training courses (at a cost), travel insurance company online training, and others.

Webinars

It's important you have the opportunity to connect with our management team and your peers. By offering regular webinars you can do so from your home office or wherever you may be. This is a great time to learn about what's new, ask questions and generally touch base.

Business Development

In addition to our Support staff and community of agents you will be able to draw on the resources of our Management Team for assistance with a range of activities to help build your business.

These include but are not limited to:

  • promotional activities such as trade shows or information evenings
  • marketing plans to formalise your range of activities
  • groups training to arm you with all the information you need to confidently target this important part of your travel business
  • budgeting for your business including marketing costs and income projections
  • product updates
  • facilitating meetings with suppliers

Intranet

Our own intranet site, The Bridge, is a knowledge and resource centre for our online training, marketing calendar, latest news and tips, supplier information, procedures and policies and much more.

Reporting tools

Analyse your business through a range of reports straight from our booking system on a wide range of data including sales activity by day, month or year, booking and marketing trends and more.

Educationals/Ship Inspections

Whenever we are presented with an opportunity for our agents to experience a product or destination we encourage your participation.
