Support Services

Our Support Services team is dedicated to helping you, and just as the name suggests, provide the support you need through the start up stage and ongoing development of your business.

Along with support from headquarters it's important you have the opportunity to 'make connections' with suppliers and other agents in your area.

As a member of Your Travel Centre your professional network will include:

  • dedicated Support Services staff who will help in the setup and training of our easy-to-use programs, along with providing assistance on any matter relating to the running of your business
  • our own online community, where you can share best practices, unearth ideas and create new friendships
  • introductions to our network of preferred travel suppliers
  • regular online 'coffee chats' with our management team and other agents
  • introductions to other home based agents in your area

Business Development

In addition to our Support Services staff and community of agents you will be able to draw on the resources of our Management team for assistance with a whole range of activities to help build your business.

These include but are not limited to:

  • promotional activities such as trade shows or information evenings
  • marketing plans to formalise your range of activities
  • groups training to arm you with all the information you need to confidently target this important part of your travel business
  • budgeting for your business including marketing costs and income projections
  • product updates
  • facilitating meetings

Connect with Your Customers

Most importantly, with Your Travel Centre marketing muscle behind you, you will be connected to your customers on a fortnightly basis through our "on your behalf " email newsletter (eDM) marketing activity.

You will build a stronger relationship, turning prospects into clients through your regular contact and delivery of great holiday offers. In addition, our automated 'Customer Experience' program will deliver follow up emails to selected client bookings.
