After completing an online SIT30216 Certificate III in Travel qualification delivered by our award winning training partner, Travel Training Australia on behalf of The Learning Collaborative (RTO 32350), you can apply to start your own home based travel business with Your Travel Centre - your host travel agency.  You will have access to our full range of support services, so you can quickly start selling travel and earning income from doing something you love.


By starting your own home based business with the backing of our marketing, support, systems and online training programs you will have all the tools you need to make a success of your own travel agency business.


You'll earn what a travel professional should, top tier commissions with more than a hundred preferred land, air and cruise suppliers. Our commission and management fees are simple, transparent and affordable, especially considering the inclusions we offer.

And we only market your business, under your trading name, not ours. If you ever decide to move your business, or even better, sell it, you will have a tangible asset with brand equity you have built over time. Starting a business doesn't get much simpler than this.

How it Works

Step 1: Enrol in the 100% online SIT30216 Certificate III in Travel qualification with Travel Training Australia.  On successful completion of the course you will be awarded a nationally recognised, fully accredited Certificate III in Travel issued by The Learning Collaborative. Graduates are highly regarded throughout the travel industry.  Study is flexible and there is no set enrolment or completion date however if you can commit to 20 hours study time per week, you should be on track to complete the course within 4-6 months. Study must be completed within 12 months.

Step 2:  :  On completion of the Certificate III in Travel, you are welcome to apply for YTC membership.  You will be required to complete an application form supported by your Certificate III results. This information will assist YTC to make an informed decision as to your suitability to operate a YTC home based travel business. 


Note:  You will not be permitted to make any bookings as a YTC agent until the Certificate III in Travel has been successfully completed and the YTC business start up online training has been undertaken in full.  You may require more or less time than indicated to complete the Certificate III in Travel course and the initial YTC training, depending on your work experience, expertise and available time to study. 

What if I am already studying or have completed a Cert III in Travel?

If you have already completed a SIT30216 Certificate III in Travel you can apply to join us right away. For more information on our fees and inclusions visit the following page - Commission Plan

If you are currently working through a Cert III course with a training provider other than Travel Training Australia then you will be required to complete the entire course prior to joining us.
