TTA help us develop and facilitate professional training programs from your initial induction through to advanced courses such as our own Luxury Travel Specialist course.

Upon joining you will receive access to a cloud based series of training modules covering a wide range of subjects and designed to be worked through at your own pace. Once completed you will have an understanding of all our systems and be ready to start selling. You will learn about our preferred suppliers, policies and procedures plus more exciting things like marketing and groups ideas.
Online Training Modules
A range of video tutorials are available to access directly from our mid office tool Agentmate. These cover training on Agentmate itself, editing your website, social media tips, website editing, supplier presentations and a business builder program.
Access to industry training
Through our headquarters credentials you will have access to industry training such as the cruise lines' online academies, CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) accreditation training courses (at a cost), travel insurance company online training, and others.
It's important you have the opportunity to connect with our management team and your peers. By offering regular webinars you can do so from your home office or wherever you may be. This is a great time to learn about what's new, ask questions and generally touch base.
In addition to our Support staff and community of agents you will be able to draw on the resources of our Business Development Manager and Management Team for assistance with a range of activities to help build your business.
